3) Product item code(s) (can be found next to the product picture) & Quantity
4) Your preferred payment mode (pls refer below for the type of payment modes)
5) Your mailing address (for mailing delivery option)

CUSTOM MADE ORDERS
Simply email us @ momentxccessories@gmail.com and provide us the following information.
Custom made from our product designs (not applicable to Tees)
1) Your Name
2) Your contact number
3) Product item code you wish us to custom made & Quantity
4) Your choice of colour
5) Length (applicable to necklace, bracelet & choker)
6) Your mailing address (for mailing delivery option)

Upon successful receipt of your electronic order request, we will send an electronic confirmation to you within two (2) working days. Pls wait for email confirmation on the product availability before payment (bank transfer) is made. A gentle reminder to read our Terms & Conditions.

Payment modes available are:
1) Cash when meet-in-person (pls refer to the Delivery options below for the proposed meet-up venues)
2) Bank Transfer to POSB savings account before delivery (POSB savings account number will be included in the email confirmation)

Delivery options:



1) Normal Mail - FOC (i.e no additional charges on top of the ordered product(s) total price)
2) Registered Mail - $2.24 charges additional on top of the ordered product(s) total price.
3) Meet-in-person at designated MRT stations on arranged date & timing (Proposed MRT station is Boon Lay; Bugis & Harbourfront TBA)

WHOLESALE ORDERS

Payment details for Wholesale orders
Full payment will be required via Bank Transfer to POSB savings account after your acceptance of our quotation. POSB savings account number will be included in the final email confirmation.
